Terms and disclaimer
The service
ubagprotocol.com provides a free agent-readiness scanner and information about the UBAG Web Layer, an open-source protocol. The scanner reads the public HTML of an address you submit and reports on its metadata.
What the scanner is not
- Not a security audit. It does not test for vulnerabilities and passing it says nothing about whether a site is secure.
- Not an SEO or ranking guarantee. Search engines and AI systems use their own criteria that we neither control nor predict.
- Not professional advice. The suggested code is a starting point generated from your page. Review it before using it.
The score reflects a specific, limited set of checks and is not a complete assessment of a website.
Acceptable use
- Scan sites you own or have permission to check.
- Do not use the service to attempt to overload, probe, or attack any system, including through repeated automated scanning.
- We apply rate limits and may restrict access that appears abusive.
Availability
The service is free and provided without any commitment to uptime. We may change, limit, or discontinue it at any time.
Suggested code
Snippets produced by the scanner are generated from your page's own content. You are responsible for reviewing anything you add to your website and for making sure it is accurate for your business.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dixit Algorizmi Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this free service.
Open-source components
The UBAG Web Layer reference implementation is published separately under the MIT licence at github.com/mohameduk/Ubag_protocol and is governed by that licence, not by these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
